Don’t forget to Warm Up and Cool Down!
Since this workout is a fairly decent full-body workout you’ll want to make sure you’re warming up all the joints. Include movements that will warm up your shoulders, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles.
Try to aim for 5-10 minutes of warm-up to make sure your body is ready to tackle this Veterans Day workout.
Then, make sure you cool down by walking around for about 5 minutes. You want your heart rate to come back down to a normal rate once you’re done with the workout.
