- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and heat a skillet on medium heat.
- Using your utensil of choice (I use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to spoon out the mixture) and pour batter into skillet and allow bubbles to form on pancakes.
- Once bubbles start forming on the top of the pancakes check the bottom and see if it’s browned. If it’s browned to your liking then flip pancakes over and cook until browned on this side.
- Remove from skillet and serve with butter and Lakanto Maple Syrup and enjoy!
