- 2 tbsp Almond flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Lakanto Golden Monkfruit Sweetener
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Ghiradelli, Premium Baking Cocoa Chocolate
- 2 large eggs
- In a ramekin, mug or even a bowl, mix all ingredients together and stick in the microwave for approximately 90 seconds.
- Be careful removing from the microwave, and let sit for 3-5 minutes to cool before eating.
