CrossFit Bootcamp Workout
If you’re looking to try a CrossFit Bootcamp but aren’t sure where to start then you’re in the right place!
In CrossFit, there are bodyweight exercises and weighted exercises that can be combined for your workout.
Whether you go to a CrossFit gym or do a CrossFit Bootcamp at home you can do boot camp style workouts to test your strength and endurance.
I would suggest spending a few months doing the workout of the day and some strength training before tackling a CrossFit boot camp workout though. This will give you the best chance of making it through the boot camp and not being gassed at the end of the day.
These boot camps are a cross between strength training, functional movements, HIIT workout types, and endurance training.
They’re tough. No way around that.
Beginner-Friendly CrossFit Bootcamp Workout
If you’re looking for Bootcamp classes as a style of workout that you can do from home then these workouts would be great to try and add to your training program!
Be sure to use proper form when completing any one of these CrossFit workout trainings.
I’ve tried to incorporate upper body, lower body, and ab exercises in the workouts.
