15 Fat Burning Workouts Under 15-Minutes

As a mom, I am always on the lookout for quick but effective fat burning workouts. Between work, kids, and horses our life is a bit busy.

I started looking for tons of fat burning cardio workouts that could be done either in our RV our outside. Thank God for YouTube!

They have tons of HIIT cardio workouts and most are pretty quick!

If you’ve been looking for a workout to lose weight, tone your muscles or just something to help you burn belly fat then you’re in luck.

I’ve found 15 fat killer workouts that you can do easily from the comfort of your home. No leaving to go to the gym, no sort of crazy equipment or anything like that.

Just you and maybe a couple of things for equipment (like a jump rope and some dumbbells).

15 Fat Burning Workouts Under 15-Minutes

When it comes to burning fat fast, doing HITT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is where it’s at. These workouts are bursts of energy followed by a period of rest. But, what’s amazing about them is how long you burn fat after you’re done.

Most HITT workouts allow you to burn fat even 24 hours after you’ve finished your workout!

This means that if you do one of these fat burning workouts you will burn more fat than running 2 or more miles a day. Let me repeat that: You will burn more fat than running daily.

How to Get Started with Fat-Blasting Workouts?

To start, just know that it’s going to be tough. Just because they’re quick workouts doesn’t mean they’re going to be easy or a cake walk. You’re going to be going all out for up to 15-minutes.

But, these killer weight loss workouts will cut your journey down by a lot. You’ll burn more calories with each one of these workouts than you would if you went and lifted weights in the gym.

You’ll want to have these things on hand:

  • Bottle of water
  • Yoga Mat
  • Towel
  • Watch or Phone for a timer (if you don’t follow along with the video)

Tips for when you’re just getting started:

  1. Know that you’re going to be slower than the person on the video (if you’re a beginner or haven’t worked out in a while)
  2. You can pause the videos if you need to take a longer break than the instructor
  3. Push through discomfort… but know the difference between pain and discomfort
  4. Don’t try to go as fast as you can… focus on how you’re performing each exercise vs trying to go as fast as you can. Form over fast.

Bree Argetsinger brings you a killer fat burning workout that’s only 15-minutes long. All you need is a yoga mat, bottle of water and a timer to help you keep track.

If you’re looking for a full-body fat burning workout then this one is the bomb(dot)com! The Body Coach TV channel has some amazing workouts that are quick and get you burning fat.

His workouts are some of the best I’ve seen. They’re definite killer weight loss workouts that get you sweating and breathing heavy.

#5 10 MIN BOOTY BURN // No Equipment | Pamela Rf

Looking for an intense booty workout? This 10-minute workout by Pamela Rf is amazing.

Not everyone is blessed with a big butt, but if you work hard enough you can definitely build one! I know that for me, I’m one of the ones that have to work constantly.

Don’t pass this one up if you’re looking to build your glutes.

The songs… The songs alone in this woman’s workouts are amazing. I love how she’s styled her videos. But, this workout is intense and gets your heart rate pumping really good.

Get ready for some sweat and some sore muscles. But, it’s a good thing!

#7 4-Minute Fat-Burning Workout | Tabata for Beginners

This group right here… phew! They will get you excited and ready to work out for sure.

Their music is similar to Tabata Songs from #6, but it’s a great workout that’s sure to get you sweating and you burning tons of calories. Enjoy and have fun!

#8 10-Minute Flat Belly Super Tabata Workout

Here’s a quick 10-minute workout to lose belly fat. If you find yourself with some stubborn belly fat then this workout will help you shake it.

Tabata’s are similar to HIIT workouts, but this Tabata has a mix to it. Don’t let it scare you. Give it a shot and blast that belly fat.

Sarah’s Day YouTube channel is freaking awesome. Her workouts are effective and killer when it comes to burning fat and making you sweat.

You’ll be laying on the floor completely spent. It’s a good feeling though. You’ll feel so energized afterward. Don’t worry though. You can always modify the exercises if you need too.

#10 HIIT AND AB ROUTINE | 12 Minute Workout To Help Lose Weight

Whitney Simmons makes some awesome videos. But, be advised they’re sped up. You’ll need to jot down the workout and do it on your own time. Don’t worry though. You can totally make it through this workout.

There are 3 circuits to this workout and each one is different. It’s a belly fat blaster that you won’t regret doing. There are periods of rest in the workout, but if you find you need a little extra rest go ahead and take it.

Don’t let the video image scare you! It’s a damn good workout, but it can be rough. If you go all out for this full body HIIT workout you will have a good workout.

Tammy gets your heart pumping and your muscles shaking in this workout!

This is another one of those videos that are sped up. But, don’t worry you can find the workout information under her video! Just jot it down in a not on your phone or on a piece of paper and away you go.
